Step 3 - Delighting you with our service
We will endeavour to keep you informed at every stage. You will receive an accurate estimate and we'll tell you how long the repair will take. We hold stock of spares and can repair your computer right down to component level, in-house. But even so, occasionally we will need to order spare parts for a repair. We all know that on occasion a spare part can be delayed but unlike many suppliers we appreciate that our customers like to be kept up to date if any delay is expected and you can expect us to contact you if any delay occurs.
Should you want to call us for an update at any stage, your unique customer reference number (provided to you at the point of your initial enquiry) will be all you will need to enable our staff to provide you with a courteous and efficient service.
We know that you'll be concerned about your computer - it's a valuable asset and we'll go out of our way to ensure that you feel you are getting a personal and professional service at all times.
