• We guarantee that we will make clear what costs you can expect to incur and lead time for repair before you are committed to them.
• We guarantee you that we will deal with your repair openly and honestly at all times - we prefer to set your expectations realistically in the first place.
• We guarantee that in the unlikely event that an unexpected delay is experienced, we will endeavour to contact you to let you know about it.
• We guarantee that your equipment will be fully insured against consequential loss or accidental damage from the point of collection to the moment it is delivered back to you. We do not take risks with your valuable computer equipment.
• We guarantee you that we will behave honestly and ethically at all times in all of our dealings with you.
• We guarantee that if you feel that our service has been less than excellent, any written or verbal complaint will be escalated and addressed within 48 hours of receipt. We do not use call centres with inexperienced staff to attend to your enquiries.
